2010 Wolesi Jirga Election Data Sets
- 2010 Wolesi Jirga Elections – Preliminary vs. Final Results Comparison: This dataset presents a comparison between the preliminary election results released in October and the final, Independent Elections Commission (IEC)-certified results released in November. It includes aggregated and province-level data on discarded votes, overturned results, disqualified candidates, and changes in the reporting of polling stations and centers. All calculations are based on data provided by the IEC and processed by Development Seed.
- 2010 Wolesi Jirga Elections Final Results: This CSV file comprises the complete dataset for the final certified results of the 2010 Wolesi Jirga Elections, as officially announced by the IEC on November 24, 2010.
- 2010 Wolesi Jirga Elections Preliminary Results: This dataset contains the preliminary results of the 2010 Wolesi Jirga Elections, announced by the IEC on October 20, 2010. The data, presented in 35 CSV files, includes one file per province and one for the Kucchi election, with each file reporting data on a per-candidate, per-polling station basis.

This data, sourced from iMMAP, aggregates reports from multiple sources, including UN, embassy, government, and news outlets, though it may not capture all incidents comprehensively.
